The University encourages the use of sustainable travel, especially when visitors are travelling to campuses inside the Oxford ring road. Local Park & rides and public transport options travel to campuses.
Visitor parking is limited. Spaces are available for staff to book, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Staff can check visitor parking availability by logging into the system and selecting the applicable campus and date.
If a space is available, the booking process is easy and booking confirmation will be sent directly to your visitor email address. This booking must be displayed on the car dash for the entire duration of the visit.
If visitor car parking is at capacity for the times required, visitor car parking would be unavailable and the individual would be unable to park on campus. Alternative public transport or local public car parking options may be available, to facilitate travel to the campus.
Vehicles displaying a valid council issued Blue Badge, will be permitted in designated accessible parking bays. These spaces are offered on a first come first served basis and are not bookable.
If a booking is no longer required or details need amending, the staff member who originally booked the space will need to access the visitor car parking system, find their booking and make amendments/ cancellations.
