Note, the Gibbs office will be closed 20 May 2024 until Mid August due to the temporary building closure.

Policies

Please note:

  • If you are unable to keep a booking, please cancel it as soon as possible so items are available for others to hire.
  • Missed collections - Bookings cannot be collected at a later date than originally booked. If you miss the collection appointment, items will need to be rebooked.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of a booking - If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your booking may not have been completed; please check the 'Find booking' tab.
  • There are limits set on booking lengths - A fair usage policy applies. 
  • Identification is required when collecting. Staff will need a ‘new style’ photo staff card.
  • Full terms and conditions will be provided for you to agree to prior to booking confirmation.
