Please use these contact details for queries relating to equipment, room, and computer bookings within the School of Arts. Please note, we do not take booking requests over the phone.
During out of semester times, please contact us using the email above to discuss your requirements, and CC your academic supervisor so they can authorise/confirm the justification of your request. Please allow at least 3 working days notice for us to respond to out of semester bookings requests and be aware that it could also take a few days to confirm your booking details.

**NOTICES**
Bookings Permissions Issue - RESOLVED
An IT issue which affected student user permissions meaning you cannot see any equipment, rooms or computers to book was resolved late Friday (17th) evening according to our IT colleagues.
HOWEVER - if you still believe this issue affects you or you have any issues creating bookings the normal way, please get in touch as we need to know if the issue still persists and will need to help you to create your booking.

SCHOOL OF ARTS FACILITIES ACCESS
- Richard Hamilton Building, NHHB, Tonge and Headington Hill Hall are open between 7AM - 9PM weekdays
- Card access will permit entry 24/7 assuming you have the correct permissions and have completed the health and safety quiz
SCHOOL OF ARTS EQUIPMENT AND ROOM BOOKINGS GENERAL RULES
When we are open, the following rules apply;
- Equipment bookings (and some room bookings) must be made a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) in advance
- All equipment bookings (and some room bookings) have to be authorised by a member of our team before it can go ahead (fully justify your reasons for the booking at the relevant stage in the bookings wizard)
- For Equipment bookings, please arrive to collect and return at the specified time
- Immediate (at the hatch) equipment check-out requests are limited to a maximum of 3 items and can in no way be guaranteed
Notice on Late Returns Policy - for more information or clarification on this policy please email us
- Equipment must be returned before the due return time
- If you might not be able to return equipment on time - contact us by phone or email before the due return time
- If you do not contact us before the due return time OR do not have a justified reason for being late then your booking will be considered a "Late Return"
- Justified reasons are factors outside of your control - i.e. illness, unforeseen transport issues, family emergencies, etc.
- Students OR Staff who are repeatedly guilty of "Late Returns" may get their bookings system privileges suspended.
